Lexi Missimo, a midfielder from Grapevine, TX, joined Dallas Trinity FC in January 2025 on a permanent deal, marking her return to North Texas.
Missimo began her soccer journey at the age of five with Solar Soccer Club in Dallas. She quickly distinguished herself, contributing to the club’s USYS national under-13 championship victory in 2016. Between 2017 and 2019, she netted an impressive 100 goals in 62 games in the Girls’ Development Academy. Her exceptional performance earned her two-time United Soccer Coaches All-American honors during her youth career.
College Career
Lexi joined the University of Texas in 2020 and appeared in 89 matches, scoring 56 goals and providing 64 assists, setting program records in each category. In 2023, she became the first player in Big 12 Conference and Texas history to achieve a 20-goal, 20-assist season, with 26 goals and 20 assists.
International Experience
Lexi has represented the United States at various youth levels, including the U-14, U-15, U-17, U-20, and U-23 teams. Most recently, she was invited to the 2025 USWNT Futures Camp.
